To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition as when it was delivered
- unworn and unused
- with all original tags attached
- in its original packaging

STORE CREDIT OPTION
Where a refund is approved, you may be eligible for store credit instead of a monetary refund.
- store credit will be issued once the return has been approved
- store credit must be claimed within 6 months of approval
- to receive your store credit, please message us on WhatsApp of instagram after approval
- store credit is non-transferable and can be used towards a future purchase
